About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end strategy of paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Own and manage the paid media budget across all active platforms.
  • Lead the full internalization of paid media operations currently managed by an external agency.
  • Build and continuously iterate full-funnel digital strategies.
  • Run multiple simultaneous campaign tests to validate hypotheses faster.
  • Monitor, analyze, and extract actionable insights from campaign performance data.
  • Evolve existing performance dashboards to increase data visibility and usefulness.
  • Define content demands and brief the content team to support campaign strategies.
  • Build ABM campaigns targeting strategic accounts in partnership with the sales team.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and benchmark against similar B2B companies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Languages or a related field.
  • Solid experience (3+ years) in B2B marketing for tech or SaaS companies.
  • Proven background in agency with a focus on strategy, analysis, and optimization.
  • Ability to track, measure, and interpret user behavior across the entire customer journey.
  • Hands-on experience setting up and auditing conversion tracking.
  • Experience taking ownership of paid media accounts managed by third parties.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Proficiency in the main B2B paid media platforms.
  • Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion.
  • Portuguese - Fluent.
  • English - Advanced.
