About the role
- Lead residential and commercial reconstruction/restoration projects
- Manage multiple jobs across estimation, active production, and closeout phases
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and subcontractors
- Control and communicate project budgets and confirm work orders before start
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R and meet operational objectives (Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience)
- Build relationships with key customers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Spend significant time in the field to oversee project completion
- Participate in local community events and support team development
Requirements
- Ability to lead and develop team
- Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Knowledge of the San Francisco/Bay Area market is a must
