About the role
- Manage residential restoration projects from scope to final sign-off
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and insurance adjusters
- Oversee budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and client satisfaction

Requirements
- Residential Construction Project Manager (or similar role) with strong residential rebuild experience
- Familiar with insurance claims processes and Xactimate (or willing to learn)
- Relationship-builder who leads with trust and integrity
- Comfortable owning your pipeline and maximizing earning potential
- Coachable, driven, and accountable
- Be available when needed - including some nights or weekends when urgency calls
