Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure successful onboarding of new employees in Outpatient Pharmacy workflow operations
Create a supportive onboarding experience for new hires
Monitor new hires progress and communicate with managers
Conduct training and development for Pharmacy Technician Training Program
Assist in the creation of e-learning modules and collateral learning documents

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associates degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years progressively responsible experience in an education or operations role
Strong operational, critical thinking, analytical and strategic planning skills
Pharmacy licensing requirements knowledge, general compliance standards relating to rules and regulations of pharmacy practice
Demonstrated general knowledge of inventory control system management
Ability to introduce change, implement new programs and strategies
High level of interpersonal skills necessary to work with a wide variety of people
High level of proficiency with standard Microsoft programs (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
