About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide integrated support to patients and pharmacists
  • Managing and growing patient account base
  • Develop and grow trusting relationships with providers and hospital staff
  • Navigate patient Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Resolve high level patient care issues
  • Provide outbound therapy/medication adherence check-ups
  • Building relationships with patients
  • Train and support new staff

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • HS Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • AA or BA preferred
  • Requires licensure to practice pharmacy
  • Must be currently registered as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern
  • Must have 4-5 years of pharmacy experience
  • National Certification verified by PTCB or ExCPT preferred
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to provide superb personalized customer service
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
