Key responsibilities & impact

Provide integrated support to patients and pharmacists
Managing and growing patient account base
Develop and grow trusting relationships with providers and hospital staff
Navigate patient Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Resolve high level patient care issues
Provide outbound therapy/medication adherence check-ups
Building relationships with patients
Train and support new staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

HS Diploma or G.E.D. required
AA or BA preferred
Requires licensure to practice pharmacy
Must be currently registered as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern
Must have 4-5 years of pharmacy experience
National Certification verified by PTCB or ExCPT preferred
Excellent English oral and written communication skills required
Excellent interpersonal skills to provide superb personalized customer service
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
