Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day accounting activities related to the physician organization entities of BUMG and BMCAP
Oversee month-end close, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and internal financial analysis
Collaborate with various operational leadership groups to ensure accurate data flow
Support financial close processes by coordinating journal entries, reconciliations, and variance reviews
Lead a team of accountants to ensure the integrity of financial data

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS in Accounting or related degree required
8+ years of experience in an accounting environment
4 - 6 years supervisory experience in a non-profit organization or equivalent
MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
CPA preferred
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Experience with General Ledger System(s) (Infor preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills
