Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Medical Technology or related Clinical Laboratory Science
  • Certification by American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent agency as a Medical Technologist
  • 3 to 5 years supervisory and/or management experience in a clinical laboratory required
  • Operations or project management experience preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Analytical ability to provide input for problem-solving and change implementation
