About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the strategy, governance, support, and continual optimization of BMCHS’s portfolio of enterprise financial business applications and reporting tools
  • Lead the optimization, identification, selection, and implementation of Finance Systems and tools to streamline multi‑entity and cross‑functional processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and across entities to identify and deliver opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system modernization
  • Oversee portfolio and lifecycle management of Finance Systems, ensuring structured planning, disciplined execution, and effective change management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels, building strategic, high‑trust relationships and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals for transparency, operational excellence, and scalability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Financial Management, Finance Administration or a related field required
  • Minimum of 10 years working experience in financial management or information technology industry
  • 3-5 years of working experience in healthcare financial management or information systems technology is preferred
  • Must have at least 3 years of management experience
  • Experience with an ERP system preferred.
  • Experience with Infor highly desirable
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical people.
