Responsible for the strategy, governance, support, and continual optimization of BMCHS’s portfolio of enterprise financial business applications and reporting tools
Lead the optimization, identification, selection, and implementation of Finance Systems and tools to streamline multi‑entity and cross‑functional processes
Collaborate cross-functionally and across entities to identify and deliver opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system modernization
Oversee portfolio and lifecycle management of Finance Systems, ensuring structured planning, disciplined execution, and effective change management
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels, building strategic, high‑trust relationships and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals for transparency, operational excellence, and scalability

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Financial Management, Finance Administration or a related field required
Minimum of 10 years working experience in financial management or information technology industry
3-5 years of working experience in healthcare financial management or information systems technology is preferred
Must have at least 3 years of management experience
Experience with an ERP system preferred.
Experience with Infor highly desirable
Project management experience is preferred.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical people.
