About the role
- Responsible for improving department operations by monitoring key performance indicators
- Providing information to Supervisors/Leads for employee feedback and training
- Maintaining Service Excellence standards within Revenue Cycle applications
- Evaluating current workflows and developing process improvements
- Providing feedback to team members and their Supervisors/Managers
- Identifying and reporting trends and concerns regarding quality assurance metrics
- Developing ongoing training modules to increase efficiencies
- Conducting regular check-ins with Revenue Cycle leadership
- Developing and communicating proposed training plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Epic Revenue Cycle Application Certification
- 5+ years hospital revenue cycle experience
- 2+ years of quality auditing or EHR training experience
- Certification or proficiency in one or more Epic Curriculum applications (or obtained within 3 months of employment)
