Reviews, analyzes, evaluates, and executes data/system changes in accordance with business processes, policies, and service level agreements.
Writes detailed technical and business specifications, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify data files or systems.
Assists in creating project plans, conducting project meetings, and coordinating other project activities to improve existing business processes.
Documents data mappings, user interface specifications, processing logic as per business requirements.
Communicates with users, vendors, and management.
Provides regular status reports to management and conducts data quality analytics.
Provides mentorship and guidance to junior Analysts on the team as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
1-5+ years related work experience in Supply Chain Operations, Accounts Payable, and/or Information System
Experience with SQL & VBA
high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, Powerpoint)
Strong relational database systems knowledge
Familiarity with ERP systems (Lawson preferred) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI via GHX)
Understands Procure to Pay (P2P) workflows and contracting
