Develops, tests and deploys standard reports and dashboards based on business requirement document specifications.
Works collaboratively with Business Systems Analysts and/or directly with key business users to ensure business requirements and report specifications are documented accurately and completely.
Incorporates data from multiple sources in evaluations.
Work on and/or lead special projects that require research and analysis.
May involve partnering with other business areas to identify and resolve issues.
Foster collaboration across the team and other revenue cycle stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives.
Take lead on special projects and other duties as assigned
Focus on applying data science to operational revenue cycle challenges.

Requirements

Bachelors degree required, preferably in Health Informatics or finance field, or related field of study
Masters Degree in Health Informatics, Business, Public Health or related field preferred
3+ years of related managed healthcare or insurance operations experience
Excellent understanding with Hospital Billing and Professional billing data
Demonstrated expertise with SQL, crystal reports and Tableau
Expertise with relational database concepts, data modeling and OLAP technologies
