Associate's degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience)
At least 2+ years relevant experience in Business systems analysis or Business unit experience
Knowledge of the assigned business area's products and processes
Strong technical knowledge
Understanding of project management concepts
Strong written communication skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Ability to solve problems across multiple environments
Understanding of how IT affects an organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Epic certification program must be completed within 6 weeks of taking the last class for the supported application
Additional experience in business process re-engineering or strategic use of technology is desirable
