About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clinical and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and post-sale process.
- Partner with Sales Representatives, Dealers, and the Channel Sales Manager to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Requires a minimum of 75% travel, which may include some weekends.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships across sales, marketing, operations, and key account stakeholders to drive consistent clinical performance objectives.
- Support Sales and Dealer training initiatives to ensure high levels of product knowledge and clinical differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to meet client training requirements and support sales initiatives, including new installations, remote training, and customer follow-up training.
- Persuasively demonstrate the clinical and operational advantages of the system to end-users, influencing purchasing decisions and driving adoption through consultative selling.
- Provide management with timely updates on issues or concerns that may impact product sales and support within the channel.
- Collaborate with product management and service teams to share field feedback and improve product performance.
- Deliver clinical presentations and provide support at scientific meetings and trade shows.
- Capture training photos and videos, when possible, in compliance with hospital guidelines.
- Work closely with strategic partners to ensure successful integration and support activities.
- Assist with basic on-site troubleshooting to resolve service-related issues quickly.
- Provide Clinical 24/7 helpline support as needed.
- Educate Customers to establish safe and efficient protocol.
- Evaluate and issue CEU credit with proper verification testing.
- Ensure customer training materials are updated and provide feedback for new training tools as needed.
- Complete all site surveys and training documentation in a timely manner and maintain the Shared Clinical Training Calendar.
- Responsible for booking travel and filing expense reports in a timely manner.
- Collect DICOM and Corrected Data from sites in compliance with hospital guidelines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years relevant clinical experience in Computed Tomography required.
- BSRT or BS preferred as well as current ARRT licensure or CT certification.
- Previous experience as a clinical applications specialist a plus.
- Must be able to be compliant with hospital credentialing requirements.
- Must be self-motivated, results-oriented and team-focused.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Must be excellent with technology, able to present using a laptop and able demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome.
