About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for supporting and executing staging and logistics duties in the Service Depot.
- Verify material condition, assemble, install peripherals and software as required troubleshoot, and repair ultrasound systems, circuit boards (PCB) and probes (as needed) through use of own skills and knowledge.
- Track in/out of material, report on status, and ready material for shipment
- Support readiness of DEMO equipment that is routed through the Service Depot for update, maintenance and repair
- Have high level of product knowledge and/or the ability to quick learn our products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical training and 2 years of experience with medical or complex capital equipment preferred
- Knowledge and ability to read follow installation guidelines and the use of DVMs
- Knowledge and ability to interpret BOMS and assembly drawings
- Experience with mechanical devices, tools and test equipment, telecommunications systems, and working knowledge of computer networking
- ISO, FDA, CMDR Awareness Training preferred
