About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage assigned territory while mentoring and supporting the regional Clinical Applications team.
Collaborate closely with the Clinical Leader on daily scheduling, team development, and customer support.
Partner with Direct Sales Representatives and Dealer Partners to drive growth for Samsung Women’s Health Ultrasound.
Enhance team performance, improve customer satisfaction, and support organizational objectives.
Act as a mentor and point of escalation for clinical application support across the region.
Provide ongoing feedback and real-time coaching during demonstrations, installations, and customer interactions.
Assist in identifying skill development opportunities for the team.
Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development of new team members.
Collaborate with Clinical Education Leaders to guide and mentor new Clinical Application Specialists.
Strategically plan and execute demonstrations and installations that differentiate the product line.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS preferred, RDMS required, Fetal Echo registry preferred.
5-10 years of clinical ultrasound experience in MFM, Ob/Gyn and Fetal Echo applications required.
Skilled in 2D, 3D and Color Doppler across applications.
Experience supporting Women’s Health Commercial Market.
Prior commercial experience as a Clinical Applications Specialist preferred.
Strong market knowledge and competitive mindset.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to perform clinical and product training to all levels of customers.
Strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills required.
Must be self-driven to optimize performance without the need for extensive supervision.
Must be excellent with technology, able to present using a laptop and able demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome.
