Business Development Rep

• Provide day-to-day management of the business development and proposal functions for the BU.
• Develop and manage an opportunity pipeline for the company based on input from the BU Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and industry forecasts to identify and screen opportunities that are within the BU’s capabilities and support the strategic plan.
• Periodically review the pipeline with the BU Senior Leadership Team to ensure capture plans are in progress for long lead items and other actions are taken to ensure the best opportunity for success.
• Provide support for capture and account planning.
• Support the BGS business line leaders or capture managers in the development of detailed capture plans for targeted solicitations and account plans for key clients and partners.
• Lead the proposal efforts for the BU, either as proposal manager or another role as needs dictate.
