About the role
- Install CCTV cameras and related hardware as per provided layout and instructions
- Assist in planning and setting up camera layouts inside Bosta hubs to ensure full coverage
- Configure basic settings for NVRs/DVRs and IP cameras
- Perform regular checks to make sure all systems are working properly
- Troubleshoot simple issues like video feed problems or connection errors
- Work with vendors or senior technicians for advanced issues or replacements
- Follow up on maintenance tasks and keep clear records of issues and solutions
- Help with cabling, mounting equipment, and supporting on-site installations
- Maintain documentation of installed cameras and configurations
Requirements
- Basic understanding of CCTV systems and installation techniques
- Hands-on experience with installing and maintaining cameras and related equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly
- Comfortable with fieldwork, including using tools and working at heights
- Technical diploma or relevant degree (e.g., Electronics, Computer Engineering)
- 0–2 years of experience in CCTV installation or similar technical roles
