About the role

  • Manage communication between the Fulfillment team and all internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and supervise a team of 4 handling operational investigations.
  • Oversee item-level investigations using CCTV, system data, email communication, and physical stock checks.
  • Ensure proper root cause analysis and timely issue resolution within SLA.
  • Align with Fulfillment Supervisors to resolve operational gaps and prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor team performance, case closure rates, and reporting accuracy.
  • Identify recurring issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or operations environment.
  • Previous team management or supervisory experience required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with WMS systems and operational investigations is a plus.
