About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support our data needs
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including the tech team, to understand data requirements and ensure data quality
  • Collaborate with the tech team to integrate data pipelines and infrastructure with other systems and applications
  • Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to transform and load data from source systems
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data delivery
  • Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to support their data needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in data engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehousings platforms such as AWS Redshift or Google BigQuery
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including the tech team.
