About the role

  • Create high-quality content across multiple channels (social media, website, landing pages, email, ads, blogs).
  • Translate briefs and business objectives into clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented content.
  • Develop written, visual, and video content that aligns with brand voice and messaging.
  • Execute content plans and campaigns in collaboration with marketing and growth teams.
  • Adapt content for different platforms, audiences, and stages of the customer journey.
  • Optimize content based on performance insights (engagement, CTR, conversions, SEO).
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and quality across all content outputs.
  • Contribute ideas and creative concepts for campaigns and ongoing content initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with content trends, formats, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of experience in content creation or content marketing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across different content formats.
  • Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills in both **Arabic **& **English**
  • Proven experience creating content that supports **marketing and growth objectives**.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, digital content formats, and distribution.
  • Ability to manage multiple content deliverables and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with product and performance feedback to improve content.
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of brand voice.
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, e-commerce, or fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with short-form video scripting and content.
  • Familiarity with content management and marketing tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and performance marketing.
  • Agency background is a plus
