About the role

  • Generate leads through market research, conduct sales meetings with prospective corporate clients and follow up with our potential clients.
  • Develop and execute the fulfillment sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Recommend new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations, and financial goals of the department to deliver client-focused solutions based on client needs to effectively build positive long-term relationships with our clients.
  • Identify all sales channels, implement and execute effective sales strategies to win this segment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the logistics/E-commerce industry.
  • Must be results-oriented and goal-driven with an outgoing and persuasive personality.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close sales and build strong working relationships with clients.
  • Excellent English level (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and a data-driven approach.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and experience in process optimization and implementing operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
