Key responsibilities & impact
  • shape how brand, social & media impact is measured
  • lead the evolution of how brand-building media, creative, content, and creator investments are measured and connected to business outcomes
  • develop expertise in brand lift studies, consideration measurement, and social listening
  • evaluate how creative quality, messaging, formats, and audience fit influence brand outcomes
  • leverage social listening and audience signals to understand brand impact
  • ensure actionable insights are used in planning and optimization decisions
  • guide agency analytics resources
  • manage and mentor media analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6-8 years of experience in brand media analytics or brand measurement-focused roles
  • strong understanding of digital media ecosystems, including social, video, creators, content platforms, partnerships, and paid media
  • experience measuring brand and consideration outcomes across digital channels, including brand lift studies, creative effectiveness diagnostics, social listening, creator analytics, audience engagement, and consideration measurement
  • strong understanding of MMM and how to apply modeling outputs to real-world decisions
  • experience evaluating creator, influencer, partnership, sponsorship, or content-driven marketing programs where direct attribution is limited
  • prior agency experience a plus
  • hands-on SQL and Snowflake experience
  • advanced Power BI skills focused on decision-oriented dashboards
  • strong analytical fundamentals, including hypothesis development, experimentation, and insight generation
