About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned integration partners to drive sales growth, market share, and long-term business success
  • Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, sales teams, and technical influencers across integrator accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities and expand adoption of the Integrated Audio Brands portfolio
  • Understand customer objectives, project pipelines, and market trends to improve forecasting and uncover opportunities
  • Drive demand creation by positioning Electro-Voice, Dynacord, and Bosch solutions early in design and specification processes
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Business Development teams on customer-focused growth strategies
  • Coordinate product training, enablement activities, and customer engagement programs
  • Support new product introductions by informing, training, and positioning strategic accounts
  • Conduct regular business reviews and develop account action plans
  • Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to exceed revenue and business targets
  • Gather competitive and market intelligence and recommend growth initiatives
  • Maintain account plans, forecasts, and opportunity pipelines using company sales tools and reporting systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 5–10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Account Management, or Business Development within the Pro AV industry
  • Proven success managing strategic integrator, enterprise, or channel partner relationships and achieving sales objectives
  • Strong understanding of the systems integration channel and commercial audiovisual marketplace
  • Ability to build trusted customer relationships and influence decision-makers at multiple organizational levels
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills for technical, business, and executive audiences
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop account strategies
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Proficiency with Power BI
  • Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, charts, and formulas, preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50–75% throughout North America
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Valid passport required
