About the role
- Lead the global product management function for Critical Communications Systems
- Define and execute product strategy and translate market insights into actionable roadmaps
- Drive successful global product launches
- Partner with engineering, branding, quality, and operations teams for roadmap execution
- Engage directly with customers and partners to validate strategy and roadmap direction
- Own business cases for major product initiatives, track portfolio performance, and adjust strategy accordingly
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles
- Experience with professional communication solutions for mission-critical applications
- Proven experience leading and developing global product management teams
- Strong background in roadmap ownership, prioritization, and lifecycle management
- Willingness and ability to travel globally up to 50%
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
