About the role
- Development of target-group oriented event concepts
- Independent planning, execution and settlement of a wide range of events such as conferences, stadium tours, etc.
- Active participation in the preparation and follow-up of various events as well as support on match days, e.g. supervision of catering stands and regulars' table and box levels, etc.
- Costing and assessment of event risks, creation and implementation of run sheets and production/regie plans, etc.
Requirements
- A successfully completed Fachhochschulreife (advanced technical college entrance qualification) or general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur)
- Interest in the organizational and active participation in events; ideally some first experience in planning and supporting events
- Enjoyment of communicating and interacting with a wide range of people
- Strong organizational skills and a self-reliant, structured and conscientious way of working
- Excellent language sensitivity and confident written and verbal communication in German and English
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Confident use of common Microsoft Office applications
