About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You are responsible for cross-functional management of delivery, client support, and product conception for interdisciplinary project teams.
  • You ensure smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams across departments, such as our development and quality assurance teams.
  • You provide oversight and disciplinary leadership for the product management, UI/UX, consulting, service, and project management teams, actively promoting the professional and personal development of your employees.
  • You support the team during bottlenecks and foster independence, a sense of responsibility, solution orientation, and quality awareness.
  • Ideally, you also advise and support our clients as a Digital Health consultant in the context of product development.
  • Running and facilitating workshops in various formats and sizes is no problem for you, and you’re comfortable speaking on stage when required.
  • You act as the interface to marketing and sales and play a key role in external representation and acquisition of new clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of professional experience in agile product development of digital solutions—ideally as a director, project manager, product manager, product owner, or consultant in the digital health sector.
  • Solid experience in project management and project controlling.
  • Knowledge of, or a solid awareness of, the regulated medical device environment (MDR, ISO 13485 / IEC 62304).
  • Experience as a leader with disciplinary responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to stand by decisions, lead stakeholders, and reconcile differing perspectives.
  • Independent, solution-oriented work style, willingness to drive change, openness to AI technologies, and a solid technical foundation.
  • Willingness to travel to attend conferences and events and to visit your team, partners, and clients.
  • You communicate fluently in German and English.
