Job Level
About the role
- You develop a market-ready digital product together with clients and an interdisciplinary team, from the initial idea through discovery, concept and implementation.
- You independently plan and facilitate discovery workshops and translate the outcomes into clear requirements and product decisions.
- During concept development you design target-group-specific solutions using wireframes and validate them, e.g. through user interviews and user tests.
- You write epics and user stories, define testable acceptance criteria, prioritize backlogs, estimate effort together with the development team, perform acceptance checks and oversee implementation.
- You coordinate the definition of design and software architecture in alignment with clients and other stakeholders.
- Together with project management you plan implementation with respect to timeline and budget and coordinate the required efforts within the team.
- You plan and support go-lives and are responsible for store releases.
- You document the feature scope in accordance with regulatory requirements under ISO 13485 / IEC 62304.
- You contribute beyond individual projects: you help develop methods, processes and our internal product management practice, apply AI tools where relevant, share knowledge and actively contribute to interfaces and organizational structures.
Requirements
- Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in agile product development of digital solutions – ideally as a product manager, Product Owner, UI/UX designer or product/UX strategist, preferably in the digital health field.
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g. digital health applications, medical devices, ISO 13485 / IEC 62304) is a plus but not a requirement.
- Strong knowledge of UX-related methods such as Design Thinking, user interviews or discovery formats.
- You analyze problems in a structured way, derive clear requirements and develop viable concepts and solution approaches.
- A solid technical understanding and preferably experience integrating AI technologies meaningfully into products.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make decisions, lead stakeholders and reconcile different perspectives.
- In addition to technical aspects, you consider commercial aspects and have no qualms about working with project managers to keep project controlling/financial tracking in view.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment.
- You communicate fluently in German and English.
Benefits
- Varied tasks through diverse, meaningful projects.
- Modern working environment with a flexible choice of location within Germany (100% remote possible).
- Trust-based working hours and flat hierarchies.
- 30 days of annual leave.
- Company pension scheme and private supplementary health insurance.
- Dog-friendly office in the heart of Hamburg.
- Fresh fruit, muesli bar, complimentary drinks – plus PlayStation & foosball.
- Bike leasing and Deutschlandticket (public transport pass) if you regularly work from the office.
- Regular team events, summer parties and Christmas celebrations.
