About the role

  • You develop market-ready digital products from an initial idea together with clients and an interdisciplinary team — from discovery through concept to implementation.
  • You independently plan and facilitate discovery workshops and translate the outcomes into clear requirements and product decisions.
  • During the concept phase you develop target-group-specific solutions using wireframes and validate them, e.g., through user interviews and usability tests.
  • You write epics and user stories, define testable acceptance criteria, prioritize backlogs, estimate effort together with the development team, perform acceptance checks and support implementation.
  • You coordinate the detailed design and software architecture in alignment with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Together with project management you plan implementation with regard to timeline and budget and coordinate the required effort within the team.
  • You plan and accompany product launches and are responsible for store releases.
  • You document the feature scope in accordance with regulatory requirements (ISO 13485 / IEC 62304).
  • You contribute beyond individual projects by developing methods, processes and our internal product management practices, apply AI tools where relevant in your work, share knowledge and actively contribute to interfaces and organizational structures.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in agile product development of digital solutions — ideally as a Product Manager, Product Owner, UI/UX Designer or Concept Designer, preferably in the digital health sector.
  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., digital health applications, medical devices, ISO 13485 / IEC 62304) is a plus but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of UX-related methods such as Design Thinking, user interviews and discovery formats.
  • You analyze problems in a structured way, derive clear requirements and develop robust concepts and solution approaches.
  • Very good technical understanding and preferably experience integrating AI technologies sensibly into products.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to defend decisions, lead stakeholders and bring together different perspectives.
  • In addition to technical aspects, you consider economic factors and are comfortable working with project managers to keep project controlling in view.
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • You communicate business-fluently in German and English.
Benefits
  • Varied tasks through diverse, meaningful projects
  • Modern working environment with flexible location within Germany (100% remote possible)
  • Trust-based working hours and flat hierarchies
  • 30 days of vacation
  • Company pension plan and private supplementary health insurance
  • Dog-friendly office in central Hamburg
  • Fresh fruit, muesli bar, free beverages — plus PlayStation & table football (foosball)
  • Bike leasing and Deutschlandticket if you regularly work from the office
  • Regular team events, summer parties and Christmas celebrations
