About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading our account teams to deliver best-in-class social-first strategy, creative, media, and community strategy.
- Responsible for ensuring the output being developed meets our strategic objectives.
- Leading the development of Senior Client Relationships and services strategy, using insight to inform account direction.
- Leading the commercial management of account scopes, ensuring all scopes of work are delivered and performance is reported.
- Supporting the development of the Client Services department through teaching, process iteration and reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years experience in a Client Services role in an agency setting
- Good understanding of social first delivery (strategy, creative, media and management)
- Understanding of the principles of good project management and Client Services
- Experience in the commercial running of account work
- Proven track record of retaining, developing and ultimately growing accounts
- Passionate about improving client experience and relationship development
- Ideally experience working with global brands, ideally in FMCG
