Key responsibilities & impact

Supports various Manufacturing Services projects from initial request for quotation through to completion and customer invoicing.
Works closely with the OEM business and cross-functional teams to help coordinate schedules, ensure requirements are understood, and assist in keeping projects on track.
Communicates effectively with internal teams such as sales, purchasing, warehouse, production, and logistics to help ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated and met.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred; or the equivalent work experience.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, quoting, or sales support; experience with electrical products or utility systems a plus.
General understanding of product types and applications is helpful.
Ability to read basic drawings and interpret technical information with guidance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP, or other ERP experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
