About the role

  • Independent employee support across the entire employee lifecycle for a defined group of employees
  • Managing day-to-day HR operations
  • Trust-based cooperation with the works council
  • Advising managers on all HR-related, strategic and employment law matters
  • Independently taking responsibility for subprojects
  • Key role in redesigning HR processes and structures

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration with a focus on Human Resources, or commercial vocational training with further HR qualifications
  • Relevant professional experience as an HR specialist in a manufacturing company; experience in the automotive sector desirable
  • Solid knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining (tariff) law and social security law
  • Experience with and interest in IT-supported HR work (e.g., HRIS)
  • Very good understanding of HR metrics and strong analytical skills
  • Team player, confident demeanor, strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
