About the role
- Independent employee support across the entire employee lifecycle for a defined group of employees
- Managing day-to-day HR operations
- Trust-based cooperation with the works council
- Advising managers on all HR-related, strategic and employment law matters
- Independently taking responsibility for subprojects
- Key role in redesigning HR processes and structures
- Co-developing the HR strategy at the site
- Preparing monthly and annual HR reports
Requirements
- Degree in business administration with a focus on Human Resources, or commercial vocational training with further HR qualifications
- Relevant professional experience as an HR specialist in a manufacturing company; experience in the automotive sector desirable
- Solid knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining (tariff) law and social security law
- Experience with and interest in IT-supported HR work (e.g., HRIS)
- Very good understanding of HR metrics and strong analytical skills
- Team player, confident demeanor, strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
