About the role
- Advising and supporting our customers by telephone and email
- Supporting Key Account Managers and working in project teams
- Preparing and supporting contract finalizations
- Assisting with the preparation and execution of trade fairs
- Conducting competitor and market analyses for the IAM (Independent Automotive Aftermarket)
- Collaboration with testing and certification organizations
- Monitoring product-related KPIs
- General administrative tasks
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Some professional experience in the automotive sector desirable
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Reliability, flexibility, strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Quick comprehension, strong willingness to learn and high level of commitment
