About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support BOQ Group’s growth and retention objectives across digital channels
  • Drive organic search strategy and execution across BOQ Group brands
  • Identify opportunities to enhance website performance, optimise content, improve technical foundations and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Leverage SEO and analytics tools to uncover insights, conduct keyword and competitor research, and develop optimisation strategies
  • Partner with content, creative and web teams to ensure SEO and AEO best practices are embedded throughout the customer journey
  • Contribute to broader performance marketing initiatives, support reporting and test-and-learn activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A digitally savvy marketer with a strong foundation in SEO
  • Experience developing and implementing SEO strategies that deliver tangible results
  • Confident using tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
  • Understand how content, technical optimisation and user experience work together to improve organic performance
  • Ability to translate data and insights into meaningful actions
  • Collaborative stakeholder manager who enjoys working across multiple teams and building strong relationships with agency partners
  • Exposure to paid search, paid social and programmatic advertising is advantageous
  • Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
