About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Play a pivotal role in strengthening BOQ’s compliance risk management capability.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of a robust Compliance Risk Management Framework (CRMF) across the Group.
  • Support the design, uplift and embedment of compliance frameworks, policies, processes and initiatives.
  • Drive the ongoing maturity of the CRMF by overseeing key framework components.
  • Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on complex compliance and conduct risk matters.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive expertise in compliance risk management frameworks, policy governance, obligations management and control oversight.
  • Proven ability to drive compliance initiatives and framework uplift activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with GRC platforms and compliance management tools.
  • Experience in financial services industry.
