Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, investigate and respond to potential fraud and scam activity.
Monitor fraud detection systems and review alerts.
Investigate suspicious activity and take timely action to prevent losses.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements.
Document investigations and prepare clear written summaries or responses.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders when needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Curiosity and good judgement.
Experience in fraud or scam investigations, customer-facing roles, or banking operations.
Qualification in criminology, financial crime or a related discipline.
Ability to problem solve with speed and accuracy.
Strong communication skills in documenting findings and engaging with others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
