About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development, refinement and execution of product strategy across BOQ Finance and BOQ Specialist.
- Lead and influence activities across the product lifecycle, including product development, go-to-market strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate across Distribution, Finance, Legal and Compliance to manage risk and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Prepare insights and recommendations for senior leadership forums and contribute to decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced product or finance professional with a strong background in commercial equipment or asset finance.
- Deep knowledge of the regulatory landscape, funding structures and market dynamics.
- Proficient in analyzing complex information and identifying opportunities.
- Skills in stakeholder engagement and building trusted relationships.
