About the role

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, develop and manage detailed work plans, achieve key milestones.
  • Communicate progress and outcomes to sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of projects, ensuring alignment with Project Management Standards.
  • Deliver both technology and business projects in line with BOQ methodology and practices.
  • Manage scope, schedule, financials, quality, people, communications, risk, procurement, vendor, stakeholder, and governance management.
  • Support business case development, organise and facilitate workshops or events.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong technical project management expertise
  • Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams of 30+ people
  • Familiarity with Cyber Security and Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects
  • Knowledge of structured project management methodologies, systems development lifecycle, and ITIL principles
  • Recognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  • Experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Office 365
