About the role

  • Design and deliver learning experiences for Line 1 and 2 teams.
  • Build technical, behavioural, and professional skills to manage risk.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop fit for purpose solutions.
  • Guide the rollout of new programs and support classroom sessions.
  • Ensure new capabilities are learned, embedded, and applied.
  • Contribute to a positive risk culture across the Group.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning design and facilitation.
  • Strong foundation in learning design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, and online video or animation platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to consult with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Natural curiosity and adaptability to evolving environments.
