About the role
- Document solution designs and decompose them into technical user stories
- Create high-level design documentation and conceptualize solutions
- Prepare feature descriptions and detailed technical user stories
- Produce technical diagrams aligned with process flow diagrams
- Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions
- Design and develop model-driven applications
- Apply coding principles effectively in solution design and implementation
- Use integration expertise to enhance system functionality
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in documenting solution designs and technical user stories
- Proven experience in high-level solution thinking and conceptualization
- Experience creating feature descriptions and technical documentation
- Hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customizations and configurations
- Solid understanding of model-driven apps and coding principles
- Knowledge of system integrations to support solution design
- NICE TO HAVE: Experience with plugins and workflows
- Familiarity with Power Automate flows
- Understanding of API management
- Knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules
- Experience with data modeling
