About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct internal alignments and prepare the implementation playbook;
Request, receive and validate documentation submitted by the client;
Prepare communication materials;
Submit information to the carrier and handle any rejections or issues;
Prepare, validate and forward legal documents;
Receive policy numbers, verify them and make them available to the client;
Request, receive and send the initial invoice;
Hold the finalization (onboarding) meeting;
Make the registrations and submit them to the system;
Receive requests to open and cancel enrollments, process them with the carriers, and provide feedback to the client regarding the opening/cancellation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education (in progress or completed)
Previous experience at an insurance brokerage
Availability to work hybrid (2 days on-site per week)
