About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support empathetic assistance to beneficiaries of health, dental, life insurance and other products.
- Provide prompt support in interactions with insurers and providers (in-network providers, authorization of exams, surgery status, etc.).
- Assist in locating providers and directing cases to insurers' health programs, following established workflows.
- Clarify beneficiaries' questions about using the health plan and the mobile app.
- Support scheduling of appointments, exams and executive check-ups.
- Perform quick triage of new cases and follow the established handover process to transfer cases to the team with all necessary information.
- Work with the Boon benefit (Wellhub), handling access issues, benefit inquiries, and scheduling via the platform.
- Record service interactions in the platform, following established workflows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferred: Previous experience in customer service (preferably in healthcare or insurance).
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Good communication, organization, agility, and willingness to follow defined workflows.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days on-site per week) with working hours from 11:00 to 20:00.
