About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Verify data entered by the sales team in the CRM/system.
- Validate commercial proposals before sending them to the client.
- Compare opportunity information with the generated proposal.
- Identify discrepancies in number of covered lives, amounts, terms, registration data and contracted scope.
- Request corrections from the sales representative when inconsistencies are found.
- Ensure all required fields are completed correctly.
- Manage commercial documents such as renewal letters, NDAs, contracts, proposals and addenda.
- Track internal outstanding items related to the commercial process.
- Keep history and records up to date in the system.
- Support standardization of the commercial process.
- Create and follow validation checklists.
- Report recurring errors and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with administrative, commercial or back-office routines.
- Experience with CRM or commercial management systems.
- Experience with proposals, contracts or commercial documentation is a plus.
