About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consultative support to employees regarding the use of the health plan and related benefits;
- Assist in resolving issues related to the use of health services, provider network, authorizations, reimbursements and releases;
- Advise employees on processes, coverages, programs and best practices for using benefits;
- Interface with insurers, brokers and vendors to monitor and resolve requests;
- Monitor critical cases and ensure follow-up until resolution;
- Support employee experience initiatives related to health and wellbeing;
- Provide support and share case updates with the internal relationship team, keeping all stakeholders aligned;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and the employee experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed);
- Experience in direct beneficiary/customer service;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (in-office 2 days per week);
- Knowledge of Qbem/Eb systems (a plus).
