About the role

  • Structure and monitor the marketing plan, organizing campaigns, launches and institutional initiatives.
  • Coordinate requests with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
  • Write and edit content for various channels (website, presentations, emails, social media and commercial materials).
  • Create briefs and oversee deliverables from design, content, media teams and external vendors.
  • Support awareness campaigns, demand generation and brand-strengthening initiatives.
  • Plan and execute content activities and digital presence.
  • Monitor KPIs and results, proposing improvements and course corrections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields
  • Prior experience in marketing, communications or demand generation, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth companies
  • Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Strong writing and communication skills for diverse channels and audiences
  • Experience managing vendors and partners (agencies, designers, content producers, etc.)
  • Organized, analytical profile with strong execution capability
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with inbound marketing, content production or digital marketing
  • Experience working in B2B companies
  • Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation tools or analytics
