About the role

  • Support compassionate service for beneficiaries of health, dental, life insurance and other benefit products;
  • Provide prompt support in interactions with insurers and providers (network providers, approval of exams, surgery status, etc.);
  • Assist in locating providers and directing cases to insurers' health programs, following established workflows;
  • Support reimbursement processes, ensuring clarity and organization of information;
  • Clarify questions about plan usage and the mobile app;
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, exams and executive check-ups;
  • Monitor requests for exams, surgeries and authorizations, verifying required documentation;
  • Participate in some on-site shifts at Amar&Cuidar, offering direct and welcoming support to beneficiaries;
  • Work in an organized way, prioritizing tasks according to workflows and team guidance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service (preferably in healthcare or insurance)
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Good communication, organization, agility and willingness to follow defined workflows
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model and to participate in on-site shifts
