💰 $105,000 - $125,000 per year

About the role

  • Own end-to-end paid demand generation across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
  • Manage and optimize a multi-million dollar budget with clear accountability to CAC and pipeline efficiency.
  • Design and execute experiments across targeting, creative, landing pages, and offers.
  • Partner closely with Sales to align on lead quality, feedback loops, and pipeline impact.
  • Analyze performance using GA4, Tag Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, and related tools.
  • Continuously refine audience strategy for C-suite, People/HR, and Sales leaders.
  • Report on performance clearly and regularly, translating data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation roles on growth-focused marketing teams
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets
  • Proven track record driving MQLs, SQLs, and revenue in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep experience with paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect spend to revenue outcomes
  • Nice to have: familiarity with the travel, events, or group experiences industry.
