About the role
- Own end-to-end paid demand generation across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
- Manage and optimize a multi-million dollar budget with clear accountability to CAC and pipeline efficiency.
- Design and execute experiments across targeting, creative, landing pages, and offers.
- Partner closely with Sales to align on lead quality, feedback loops, and pipeline impact.
- Analyze performance using GA4, Tag Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, and related tools.
- Continuously refine audience strategy for C-suite, People/HR, and Sales leaders.
- Report on performance clearly and regularly, translating data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation roles on growth-focused marketing teams
- Hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets
- Proven track record driving MQLs, SQLs, and revenue in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep experience with paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect spend to revenue outcomes
- Nice to have: familiarity with the travel, events, or group experiences industry.
