About the role
- Translate high-level product requirements and feature descriptions into detailed, structured technical documentation (e.g., technical specifications, API docs, integration guides).
- Maintain a centralized repository of documentation.
- Ensure that documentation follows internal standards for clarity, structure, and traceability.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure all technical elements are correctly documented before release.
- Support the creation and maintenance of version-controlled documentation.
- Work closely with Product Owners to understand upcoming features and releases.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and Developers to validate technical accuracy.
- Coordinate with QA to ensure documentation supports testing processes.
- Review existing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and technical consistency.
- Identify documentation gaps and proactively address them with the relevant teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical documentation, production, or coordination role within software, gaming, or a similar industry.
- Experience working with agile development teams.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, especially around feature delivery and release management.
- Experience using documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, Git, or similar platforms.
