About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the operations and improvement of global benefits programs
- Manage day-to-day administration of global benefit programs
- Field and resolve employee benefits inquiries
- Support administration of leave of absence programs
- Lead design, testing, and continuous improvement of leave workflows
- Coordinate leave cases with third-party administrators
- Serve as operational contact for benefits vendors and consultants
- Support compliance with U.S. and global regulatory requirements
- Assist with configuration and maintenance of benefit enrollment system
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-6+ years of experience in benefits and leave administration
- Strong knowledge of U.S. health and welfare plans and retirement programs
- Experience working with brokers, TPAs, and benefit vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting benefit renewals and annual enrollment cycles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems independently
- Strong time management and organizational skills
