About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help run the Office of the CEO: Drive day-to-day coordination across priorities, support executive workflows, and ensure key initiatives, meetings, and follow-ups are well-structured and moving forward.
  • Support Corporate Affairs Priorities: Help bring Boomi’s narrative and positioning to life across key audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency in how we communicate internally and externally.
  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Lead and support high-priority, cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO and executive team, helping move work forward from concept through execution.
  • Contribute to Market Engagement: Support how Boomi shows up with customers, partners, and the broader market through content, coordination, and preparation for key moments.
  • Enable Executive Effectiveness: Assist in preparing for critical moments including executive communications, customer and partner engagements, and leadership forums.
  • Support Operating Rhythm & Alignment: Help coordinate leadership cadences and forums to ensure alignment on priorities, decisions, and follow-through.
  • Represent the Office of the CEO: Operate with a high level of discretion and judgment, effectively representing the Office of the CEO across internal and external interactions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8 years of experience in strategy, operations, corporate affairs, or related roles within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects and supporting initiatives that span multiple teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience developing content for senior leaders or executive audiences.
  • Understanding of B2B technology businesses and how companies position and operate in competitive markets.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
