About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the license and compliance audits to effectively meet customer needs, prioritize tasks, and integrate with other company-wide systems.
- Explore and analyze real business data and situations related to our customers.
- Assist in qualifying, validating, and confirming compliance assessments related to customers, and collaborate with the sales team to find resolutions.
- Analyze the current organizational structure and participation of related companies to understand ownership change requests.
- Collaborate with sales account executives to identify opportunities for assisting them in achieving compliance.
- Verify existing license terms and assist in providing compliance assessments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving business growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
